Hotel management firm Centara Hotels and Resorts received the bronze award for Excellence in Workplace Culture at this year’s HR Excellence Awards Thailand.
The Excellence in Workplace Culture category recognises organisations that demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, implemented effective communication and collaboration strategies, and prioritised employee wellbeing and development.
Centara’s executive vice-president for human resources Siriwan Wangthamrong said of the award: “We are honoured to receive this award as a testament to our dedication to our people and our commitment to growing together.
